magazine’s annual Best-Dressed list 2010, announced on Wednesday.

Others on the top 10 list, which is not ranked in any particular order, include actors Zoe Saldana, Jessica Alba, Diane Kruger singers Gwen Stefani and Rihanna, and Kate Middleton, the long-time girlfriend of Prince William. On the list of worst-dressed people are Justin Bieber and Sharon Stone.
