"I am working out and I am trying and I am trying not to obsess. Everyone wants their body back, but all in time. It took nine months to get there and so hopefully, it won't take that long to get it off, but I'm doing it slowly," contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.

The 24-year-old has embarked upon a fitness regime of Pilates, hiking, spin classes and circuit training, but insists she is happy to breaks from her schedule and won't rush herself to get her figure back.

"My whole life I have worked out and exercised and been in the public eye and always kind of watched what I ate. And this was like a free pass and it was a blast," she said.

She says she would try not to gain as much weight if she has a second baby.
