Actor Tom Cruise says he used the money from his first big acting assignment to pay for one of his sister’s college education. Cruise, who has three sisters, says he decided to spend the money by splashing out thousands on them, People magazine reported.

“I paid for one of my sisters’ college education. And my little sister worked for me when I had a paper route; I always told her I would pay her back. I bought her a car after Risky Business,” he said.
