The couple have named the boy child Rocky, whose weight was an impressive 8lb 9oz.

“Rocky was born on April 7 at 12.33am. Andrew is training and Rachael is to start working on a fitness programme about getting back into shape,” mirror.co.uk quoted Rachael’s spokesperson, as saying.

Rocky will be a playmate for sister Holly, three, and brother Corey, two.

Flintoff is a former Father of the Year as well as a winner of the BBC Sports Personality of the Year.
