The actress missed the world premiere of her film, Miral, at the Venice Film Festival on Thursday night as she had to return home for an emergency.

“Yes, Freida has come to attend to a personal matter. But she will attend the screening of the film at the Toronto film festival, which is later this month,” said the actor’s spokesperson.
