Spanish pop star Enrique Iglesias reportedly pulled out of singer Britney Spears’ tour just hours after it was announced.

The 29-year-old

Hold It Against Me

singer made the announcement backstage at her pre-taped San Francisco show for

Good Morning America

, which aired on ABC Tuesday morning.

According to Billboard, on the same afternoon, Iglesias pulled out of the Live Nation-produced concert, reports the

. While Iglesias could not be reached for comment, the news comes as a shocker for Spears’ tour, which starts on June 17.
