Hollywood beauty Hilary Duff has bought a sprawling mansion for $3.85 million in a gated community, which is also home to stars like Britney Spears and Gwen Stefani.
The actress who amassed a fortune as a child star with the Disney show Lizzie McGuire brought the expensive piece of real estate ahead of her wedding to hockey star Mike Comrie.
She started dating 29-year-old Comrie in early 2008 and the couple is planning to have a small traditional wedding later this year. Comrie had proposed to the blonde beauty while on holiday in Hawaii.
The 5,260 square-foot property boasts five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a pool.
