Ugly Truth actor Gerard Butler describes himself as a boring person and says he prefers to spend time at home with his pals than attend a glitzy showbiz bash.
"I just like to go back home and chill out with my friends. It sounds really boring but it's true," he said.
Contactmusic.com reports that Butler enjoys being pampered on film sets when he is shooting movies all over the world and admits he struggles to adjust to normal life when he returns home.
"Sometimes I finish a movie and I get used to a certain lifestyle and when that stops I get a bit lost for about a week. 'No one is bringing me lunch anymore - I've got to go do that myself?' I lose the main point of my focus. Often all I want to do is travel and just get the hell out of there. But I'm actually boring really," said the 39-year-old star.
