Admitting to her much-larger frame, Gaga told a radio channel, “I’m dieting right now, because I gained 25 pounds. I really don’t feel bad about it, not even for a second.” She added, “My father opened a restaurant. It’s so amazing ... it’s so delicious. But I gain five pounds every time I go in there. So my dad wants me to eat at the restaurant, and I’m like, I’ve got to go where I can drink green juice.”

Later that evening, she tweeted, “And thanks to my fans who love me no matter what, and know the meaning of real beauty & compassion. I really love you.” The singer is known for her over-the-top, dramatic outfits. In 2010, her dress made of raw meat was condemned by animal rights groups and described as the ‘most outrageous fashion moment.’
