This is an initiative of HT Media Limited in partnership with Virgin. Actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had pledged her eyes long ago, saying, “People know me more because of my eyes. So, I decided to donate my eyes”. Veteran actor Om Puri is supporting the cause by urging Mumbaikars to pledge their eyes. The campaign is on till August 31.
