HT Journalists — Political Editor Pankaj Vohra and Editor HT City, Sonal Kalra, were awarded by Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni, at the function attended by several luminaries, including former Lok Sabha Speaker Balram Jakhar. Veteran journalists Khushwant Singh and HK Dua were presented with lifetime achievement awards. Other recipients included Daily Pratap’s K Narendra, Punjab Kesari’s Vijay Chopra, NDTV’s Vikram Chandra, Tehelka’s Tarun Tejpal, CNN-IBN’s Bahar Dutt, Des Pardes UK’s GS Virk, Lok Sabha TV’s Sunit Tandon and popular author-columnist Chetan Bhagat.
