According to TMZ.com, the dismissal papers were filed Tuesday morning in California, CBS News reported.
The masseur had initially claimed Travolta made unwanted sexual advances and touches while in a private bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel during a January 16, 2012, massage appointment. He sought 2 million dollars in punitive damages.
But flight records showed Travolta was in New York City that day and was photographed at the Greenwich Hotel.
The second masseur, who filed a sexual battery and assault suit against the 58-year-old actor in Atlanta, is still pursuing charges.
