Pop star Katy Perry, who is dating British comic actor Russell Brand, celebrated her 25th birthday lately. Her bash left her guests covered in paint.

Pop star Katy Perry, who is dating British comic actor Russell Brand, had a 25th birthday party which left her guests covered in paint.

Dailymail.co.uk reports that guests splashed paint on each other, but Brand did not seem to enjoy it too much. Perry had asked her guests to dress in white and the birthday theme was "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". But she had not told them that they would be playing with paint.

Perry was dressed in a low-cut, tight sequined white dress and had her nails painted with the faces of Oompa Loompas. The party was held at The Beach on Sunset in West Hollywood.

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton was also present and said: "There was so many sweets downstairs for dessert that we're surprised we didn't go into a food coma."

Country singer Taylor Swift and rapper P. Diddy were also there.
