Kissing Dacota was cool

Actress Kristen Stewart says she was fine with kissing co-star Dakota Fanning in their new movie The Runaways.

Actress Kristen Stewart says she was fine with kissing co-star Dakota Fanning in their new movie The Runaways. She called the experience as "cool".



"It was cool. I didn’t mind it. The way that it happens in the script is just a sort of moment in time and fun and impulsive," entertainment website people.com quoted Stewart as saying.



Fanning too didn’t feel awkward and added: "It was just another thing."



The movie is about the 1970s all-girl’s band in which Stewart plays rocker Joan Jett and Fanning features as singer Cherie Currie.



Stewart claims she bonded well with Fanning during the film’s shoot. "I haven’t really done a lot of movies with people close to my own age to have a good friend like that," she said. "So I was excited, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do it with."
