Leander Paes seems to be taking his foray into acting as seriously as his professional tennis career.

Leander Paes seems to be taking his foray into acting as seriously as his professional tennis career. The sportsman has already finished shooting all his portions for his debut film, Rajdhani Express, but he continues to be involved with the project.

Leander had built a rapport with several members of the cast and crew. So, a couple of days ago, just after his return from Paris where he played in the French Open, Leander decided to pay a quick visit to his friends and colleagues, who were shooting for the film at Marine Drive.

While he was catching up with them, diamond merchant Rajesh K Patel, who is also the producer of the film and a huge fan of Leander, requested him to shoot for some patchwork that had been pending.

Leander obliged willingly, and shot for the scenes without throwing any weight around. He even insisted that everyone on the sets call him by his screen name, and not Leander or Lee, because it helps him get into the skin of the character.
