Legal notice slapped on Mallya junior

The American woman who accused IPL cricketer Luke Pomersbach of molesting her on Thursday night has now sent legal notice to the owner of the Bangalore Royal Challengers team, Sidhartha Mallya, for questioning her character in his tweets.

The American woman who accused IPL cricketer Luke Pomersbach of molesting her on Thursday night has now sent legal notice to the owner of the Bangalore Royal Challengers team, Sidhartha Mallya, for questioning her character in his tweets.

Mallya had tweeted, “She was all over me last night and asked for my BBM pin, so if he (the woman’s companion) was her fiance, she wasn’t exactly behaving like a future wife.”



The woman’s lawyer said it was highly defamatory. Mallya Junior, however, refused to apologise.
