Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan has blasted reports claiming her health is deteriorating and says she's "fine" and "healthy". The actress recently returned from rehab.

Actress Lindsay Lohan has blasted reports claiming her health is deteriorating and says she's "fine" and "healthy".

"I'm fine... I'm working and healthy," contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.

But a source close to Lohan said her behaviour has made friends and family worried. They feel she might be back on drugs.

"If she doesn't get help soon, she's going to die," said a source.

Lohan hit the headlines again when she was snapped falling into a cactus bed in Los Angeles after a night out. She blamed her high heels and the overzealous paparazzi for "pushing" her into the prickly patch of plants.
