Having been happily married for 20 years, Mrs. Obama seems to be in a pretty good position to hand out marriage advice.

"Enjoy! Love each other, have fun - and go on a great honeymoon!" the Daily Mail quoted her as saying in an interview with Good Morning America.

Mrs. Obama said she did not necessarily expect an invite for the royal nuptials, which will take place on April 29.

"Just like any couple, they should invite who they want to invite to their wedding," she said.

"This is a personal, private thing. And I wish them the best," she added.
