What is your style statement? Are you the one who stands out in a crowd for being the most vibrantly dressed? Do you carry yourself elegantly wherever you are? Do you shop in the fashion malls of London or Dubai or do you believe in mixing your branded jeans with a pick from Sarojini Nagar or Janpath?
HT City starts a new series where we look out for the most fashionable, trendy, stylish and above all, classy people, on the streets of Delhi. On our first round, we went to a mall in Saket to check out the best-dressed people.
Youngsters were seen wearing knee length dresses — shorts, skirts and one-piece dresses. “The weather is awesome today. Knee length shorts are best for this season as it is neither too hot nor too cold,” said Shagun Gupta, an entrepreneur.
Sohini Mukherjee, a graduand of Gargi College, likes to experiment with her clothes and tries to give a unique style to her personality. Accompanied by a friend, she was spotted in black knee-length shorts matched with a pink and yellow top. A pink shrug, a bandhini dupatta, a rainbow-coloured hair band and a purple bag added to her style.
“Matching a branded piece with a pick from Sarojini Nagar or the streets of GK-I works best for me,” said Mukherjee.
