Actress Lindsay Lohan has sued online brokerage E-Trade for $100 million for “parodying” her in a TV ad. The ad debuted in February and featured a baby boy apologising to his girlfriend for standing her up because he was too busy trading shares.

“And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl asks before another one pops into the screen saying, “Milk-a-whaaat?”

In the lawsuit, Lohan’s lawyer said the ad was a clear reference to her client, who has a history of substance abuse.
