The Someone Like You hitmaker was photographed with charity boss Simon Konecki earlier this month after spending the New Year holiday with him in Florida, Daily Star reported.
Reports suggested that father-of-one Konecki is still married to fashion stylist Clary Fisher but Adele has now addressed the rumours to insist her new man is a divorcee.
"This is the first and last time I will comment on the details of my relationship with Simon. Contrary to reports and headlines in the press today, Simon is divorced and has been for 4 years. Everyone in our lives separately and together wish us nothing but the best, and vice versa. These are the facts," she posted on her website.
