The couple sang an emotional version of Amazing Grace in front of patients, their families and members of staff at the Monash Children's Hospital in Australia yesterday, reported Female First.

The 46-year-old singer pulled out his guitar and began playing the tune, while wife, 46, belted out the lyrics, as members of the audience recorded the duet on their mobile phones and cameras.

The couple, who married in 2006 and has two children, earlier performed together in 2010 at the G'Day USA ball to sing Men At Work's Down Under.
