A slim volume on manners, co-authored by Magsaysay awardee Kiran Bedi and TV host Pavan Choudhary, Broom Groom is for those Delhiites who take delight in peeing on streets and honking at traffic lights. We present ten don’ts from it. If followed, at least during the Commonwealth Games, foreigners will go home with a not-so-bad impression of us Delhiites.
