Barack Obama has begun a project called Renew America Together and Indian-American actor Kal Penn is voicing his plan online, writes Jaydeep Ghosh.

Barack Obama has launched an initiative, Renew America Together, and has chosen actor Kal Penn (The Namesake) to voice his plan online.

On the site, Penn tells visitors to create a YouTube video on what service means to them. The top three videos will be on usaservice.org and the winner will get a call from Michelle Obama.
