She started catering in January 2009 under the name, Bedazzled. “Cooking is something I thoroughly enjoy, it’s been my passion for many years. So, I thought of turning my passion into my career. Nowadays, I cater to parties for eight to 50 people. I like catering for small events, brunches, pool parties and high tea soirees,” she says.
Her specialities include a Oreo cake,red Thai curry, basil chicken, prawns stir fried in roasted chilli garlic, chicken satay with peanut sauce, hummus, falafels and chocolate mousse.
