The former singer was interviewed by Sky News presenter Eamonn Holmes, who noticed that the star had ditched her Essex-style vowels.

Victoria was said to have revealed her new cut glass voice while discussing her new job as a judge on American Idol.
“I am so excited, I am just so happy to be a part of the show. I am a huge fan and so are my boys and so is David, so to be part of it is just great,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying.

Holmes later commented: “Now the most interesting thing about all that to me is that Posh has now gone posh. A little bit of an American accent in there, but actually a very nice speaking voice.”
