Apparently, the inspiration came from Shiamak Davar, who had first installed one under his table. So whenever Queen Mukherji would feel the heat, she would wonder how Shaimak kept his cool. And when she learnt his secret, she asked the productionwallahs to install a fan for her too.

Ever since, she can’t stop cooing, “I love fans,” says my jasoos. Good for her, considering her fan following is diminishing fast and her last flick with Shahid Kapoor didn’t exactly give her reasons to go Hadippa about. Tsk...
