Ritchie made the peace sign for photographers as he left the pub he owns here at 4 a.m. recently. He was also joined by a mystery woman as his furniture was being delivered to his new house nearby, reports thesun.co.uk.

The 40-year-old Ritchie reached a divorce settlement with Madonna in November last year.

A sources said he will soon confirm the legal papers for his new home for a long time rental.

"It looked like a lot of bedding went inside. It was all new and shrink-wrapped," the source added.
