UK’s Prince William’s fiancée Kate Middleton and actor Aishwarya Rai have something in common — both wear a similar oval sapphire ring bordered with diamonds.
The 18-carat gold ring got noticed soon after Prince William slipped it into Kate’s finger at their engagement last year. The ring, which once belonged to Princess Diana, is attracting a slew of fans.
Ash has been flaunting the ring, gifted by her family, for years now. “It’s a classic style,” says designer Hanut Singh.
