Stacey, 32, is reported to have made the decision during a family holiday to Majorca, where the couple has been staying in a luxury secluded villa and having crisis talks in a last-ditch bid to save their marriage.
And she has told Ryan, 37 that this is his "last chance".
"She can't face life without him," the Daily Mail quoted a source as telling the News Of The World.
"She has had to search deep to find forgiveness for Ryan. Luckily for him, she is very strong."
"She believes in marriage and wants it to work. She has not given him an easy ride and he needs to prove to her that he will never cheat on her again.
"Ryan knows he is on his very last chance," the source added.
The family were in Majorca when the Manchester United star's eight-year affair with Natasha was revealed - along with the news that she had aborted his baby two weeks before her wedding to his brother Rhodri.
