Seems the film has gone majorly over-budget, compelling the producer-actor and his financiers to restrain the budget. So, a schedule that was previously planned in Afghanistan, has now been cancelled. Instead, the relevant portions will be filmed on sets that will be specially created in a Mumbai studio. Well, I didn’t know that Saifu and his director wanted to shoot in Afghanistan. Maybe they thought about it later on. Tsk tsk...
