Salman on a new high

Salman has once again proved his star power and is on a new high. Distributors are clamouring to buy his next two films.

Salman Khan is on a new high. Though his solo starrer Garv has finally settled down as an average grosser, he has again proved his star power and distributors are clamouring to buy his two new films Phir Milenge and Dil Ne Jissey Apna Kahaa.

In Revathy's Phir Milenge about HIV/AIDS, he plays Shilpa Shetty's supportive boyfriend. Salman didn't charge a single penny from his old colleague Revathi (the two had starred together in Love).

His second film Dil Ne... is his home production and is directed by his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri. Interestingly, Preity Zinta had a guest appearance to begin with, but her role has now been extended to a full-fledged heroine's part. "I've never had my role extended before. The chemistry between us is unbelievable," Preity chuckles.
