Yes, you read it right. The former governor of Alaska is quite impressed with the one-film-old actress Sonakshi Sinha and can't seem to stop praising the star. At a dinner held in the capital recently, Sinha became richer by a fan as Palin heard the actress speak on stage.



"Sarah seemed impressed by Sonakshi. Both ladies chatted about women empowerment and how it can change the world. Palin was also speaking on how it was high time that women should take the forefront in terms of making fundamental changes in the system, be it the political or in any other field," a source told DNA.

So what if Palin hadn't seen Sonakshi's only film, the politician was reportedly amazed at how much Sonakshi felt for the empowerment of women.



"Though Sarah admitted that she hadn’t watched her film, she was reportedly taken by surprise at the actress' popularity. Sonakshi too added that she wants to do her bit in creating awareness amongst the masses, especially with regards to education and women’s health-related issues," reported the daily.



In fact, Palin even thought that the star should use her popularity for a cause and highlight the issues women face. Well, we bet Sonakshi wasn't expecting this one! She sure is off to a good start.
