Pop sensation Lady Gaga's heart-shaped engagement ring has the first letter of couple's name engraved on it.

Gaga posted a close-up of her sparkler on Instagram on February 18, with the caption, "My favourite part of my engagement ring. Taylor and Lorraine designed "TS" in white diamonds on the band. He always called me by my birth name. Since our very first date. I'm such a happy bride-to-be! I can't stop smiling!!"

The 28-year-old singer's birth name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta.

Gaga got engaged to her longtime partner Taylor Kinney on Valentine's Day.

Lorraine Schwartz, the mastermind behind Kim Kardashian's whopping 15-carat sparkler and Blake Lively's massive oval diamond engagement ring, designed the 'Cheek to Cheek' singer's enormous heart-shaped rock.
