Shiney’s bigg deal

Shiney Ahuja's back in news but this time as a Big Boss 4 contestant and the buzz is that he may bring in tremendous publicity for the show.

Excuse moi while I check this sandesha on my kaaliberry. A khabru from Delhi has buzzed to tell me that Shiney Ahuja has at last been finalised for Bigg Boss 4. All this while, the channelwallahs were going back and forth on the price the actor quoted.

According to my jasoos, the channel folks were at first shocked at Shiney’s quotation. But after a series of discussions among the team, they decided to not do any mach mach on money matters.

Apparently, they felt that given his actor status and the controversy that sent him packing to the capital, Ahuja would generate tremendous publicity for their show. And he’s certainly a better publicity generator than the bunch of losers they locked in during the last season.

On his part, Shiney saw this as a perfect opportunity to clean up his image and clarify his stand in the controversy that has all but finished his once-upon-a-time shining career.
