The rumours of Twinkle Khanna's pregnancy did the rounds for the longest time till daddy Akshay Kumar actually admitted that they were expecting their second child. Now, Tina has been spotted with a baby bump so big that it is undeniable.

The couple was spotted leaving Lilavati Hospital after visiting the Twinkle's ailing dad and veteran actor Rajesh Khanna in Mumbai on Monday.

When he was earlier asked about his son Aarav's reaction to the new addition to the family, Akshay had said his son was happy that he was going to have a younger sibling.

Elated about welcoming a new member, the 44-year-old actor said he spends most of his time at home with Twinkle, who is expecting the baby in September this year. The couple tied the knot in 2001 and has a 11-year-old son Aarav.

"Aarav is too happy now as he will have a sibling at home," Akshay said.
