Ekjute Theatre Group will begin its summer workshops from April 24.

Ekjute Theatre Group will begin its summer workshops from April 24. This year the theatre group run by Nadira Babbar and Juhi Babbar is introducing an all-encompassing workshop that will include film-screenings, dance workshops and training in juggling by professional jugglers.

“The workshop will provide ample opportunity for children to interact, play and learn along with other participants. It offers the complete theatre experience during the 10-day course.Children will be exposed to various aspects of drama, including acting, story telling, body movement, public speaking, character building, improvisation, creative writing, film appreciation, music and dance, teamwork and concentration exercises through theatre games,” says Juhi Babbar.

The workshop is open to the age group of six years to 13 years and will be conducted in seven venues:
