That's probably why SRK took up KBC-2 to prove that he is better than Amitabh. He also stepped into his shoes by doing the remake of Don.

Not only this Shah Rukh launched the Temptation tour just to give competition to Amitabh. The whole industry had to choose between the two tours as their timings clashed.

Big B even criticised Khan on his blog when SRK's show Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas se Tez Hain failed to garner high TRPS. He quoted a channel executive as calling SRK’s latest show “Paanchvi Fail”.

And it's no coincidence that SRK never makes it to IIFA awards, of which Big B is the brand ambassador.
