The pop star was ordered to appear in a Los Angeles court on Monday to personally testify against Karen McNeil in a bid to make permanent, a temporary restraining order he received in October this year, reports contactmusic.com. Instead, Timberlake submitted a document detailing his concerns for himself and his loved ones via attorney Marty Singer, and now McNeil has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from the star, his home and vehicle.
Timberlake’s statement, obtained by TMZ.com, reads: “Ms McNeil’s ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing conduct are extremely distressing. I request that the court make an order prohibiting and restraining Ms McNeil from wherever I am.”
