Bieber was cruising Rodeo Drive in his car when he caught a glimpse of Jacqueline Younis who was in the middle of a photo shoot for Festoun clothing. He told Jacqueline, "You look like Princess Jasmine," before asking her to take a picture with him.
Singer Justin Bieber was caught hitting on a model, whom he saw on a side walk, with cheesy line inspired from Disney's cartoons.
