The two were snapped looking cozy and happy during their two-month whirlwind romance.

However, the pair unexpectedly called it quits after the 30-year-old blindsided the singer, according to Us Weekly.

According to sources, Swift was completely torn up over the sudden breakup.

"Jake told her it wasn''t working out. Taylor is really upset and hurt. She doesn't know what she did for him to put a stop to it. She feels really burned by him," the New York Daily News quoted a source as saying.
