“I was a doorman for five months and the tips I got then were such a big deal. In a way they meant more than any award or review now. I think twice I got a $20 tip and that was like, ‘Wow!’ I have never forgotten it,” said Cooper.
Although he enjoyed the generosity of hotel guests, the 35-year-old actor admits he doesn’t enjoy tipping. “I always carry my own bags because I don’t want to tip!” he said.
