According to reports, Leone was involved in an argument on the film's sets with a person who was talking to her very aggressively. Sunny’s co-star Mohit Ahlawat objected to it and when the confrontation heated up, Ahlawat slapped the man. Since then, a rattled Leone is very scared to come for shooting alone and has been accompanied by her husband Daniel Webber. However, the makers are denying the incident.

Leela is directed by Bobby Khan and is scheduled to hit the screens in April next year.
