Iwant to know where I can get good quality ceramic pots for indoor plantation? I’m looking for pots in colours like plain white, off white, pink, or chocolate brown, which are displayed in by most of the malls in Delhi.
Hi Shivikka. Ceramic pots are very commonly available in the city. They are available at roadside shops at Mehrauli Road. Pots in different sizes, patterns and colours can be bought from there.
The price range usually starts from R150 and goes up to R1,000. Do remember to bargain while you are there. Ceramic pots are also available in the lane just opposite to 3Cs mall, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar. You can even go for artificial flowers there.
One can find ceramic pots on the second level of Westside store too. You can buy them from road side shops that sell such pots outside Select City Walk mall in Saket. They may be a little more expensive here, but you’ll get some funky options.
Can you tell me where can I find flip-flops in Delhi?
Hi Roy. Flip-flops are a rage in city markets. They are readily available at road side kiosks, as well as at branded showrooms. Try the collection at the Green Park main market. The roadside vendors have a huge collection of flip-flops in different colours and patterns. The price range starts from R150 upwards.
The shops at M-Block in Greater Kailash Part 1 are also popular for flip-flops and other designer chappals sold there. The range starts from R200. You can also pay a visit to Sarojini Nagar Market and Janpath for shopping for a wider variety. Brands like Puma, Reebok, Adidas and Converse also have a good range of flip flops.
I am new to Delhi and I want to know from where can I get a wooden bed table in the city?
Hi Aishwarya. A wooden bed table can be purchased from Jail Road Market near Janakpuri. When you are there, you will find rows of shops that have a wide collection of furniture like beds, tables, study tables and much more.
For more variety, you can also head to Kirti Nagar Market. If getting a cheap deal is on your mind, then head to the second hand furniture market in Amar Colony in south Delhi. The place offers some rare designs at an affordable price. You can also get a customised wooden bed table made there.
