Back to her model-figure, Sen, the cover girl of the third anniversary issue of Prevention magazine says, “There are fuller size models you know! But on a serious note, I am an actor and we need to get into the skin of our characters-so did I! Now my next project demands me to be in shape and so I am! Though I must say, it was no easy task to shed the extra pounds. Strict diets don’t work for me. I simply control my bad carb intake and watch what I am eating. I have an athletic and lean constitution, so regular workouts and small meals every two hours works for me. The result is in front of you to admire.”

“Exercising regularly, eating nutritious food, taking supplements (if your eating is irregular) and drinking warm water can help one stay in the best of health. But don’t forget the beauty basics of regular cleansing, toning and moisturising. Another tip I swear by is fall in love and let others fall in love with you,” says Sen.

“It is my internal make-up that keeps me joyous, beautiful and content. Besides, age is a number and I was never in the number game.”
