Excuse moi while I check this sandesha that has just dropped into my kaaliberry inbox. Turns out to be a jasoos from the unit of Priyadarshan’s Aakrosh, who wants me to hear about Paresh Rawal. What about him now? Seems the actor, who’s playing a corrupt cop in the film about honour killings, got kicked for real by Ajay Devgn, who essays a CBI officer.

The two were shooting an altercation scene with Rawal seated in a revolving chair. Devgn was required to kick Rawal, and the former performed the shot with such zeal that the latter went crashing down. Of course, Ajay profusely apologised immediately and even helped Rawal back on the chair. Needless to say, the senior actor understood his co-actor’s predicament and waved off the embarrassment light-heartedly. All’s well that ends well… Hai na?
