The actor says the incident took place when she went to audition for a role, Elle magazine reported.

“It was not successful — for either of us. I just went into a room, and a guy practically threw me on the desk. It was my early days in New York, and it was really disgusting. It wasn’t like I gave it a second though, it was so badly done,” Sarandon said when asked if she ever had a casting-couch experience. The 66-year-old did not reveal the name of the person or the audition.
