A London drug fixer has alleged that late singer Amy Winehouse had bought crack cocaine and heroin worth 1,200 pounds in the early hours of July 23 -- the day she was found dead in her home.
London drug fixer Tony Azzopardi has alleged that Winehouse had bought the Class A narcotics in the early hours of July 23 -- the day she was found dead in her London home, reports mirror.co.uk.
Azzopardi claims Winehouse asked him to help her buy some drugs and they rode together in the taxi to West Hampstead, where he made a phone call to a local dealer.
The 56-year-old was apparently introduced to Winehouse by her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil. Azzopardi claimed he wanted her family to "know the truth about what happened".
