star had sparked pregnancy rumours after she was recently photographed looking curvier than usual.

A representative for the actress has dismissed rumors the she is expecting a baby with her talent agent boyfriend Jim Toth, reported

"She is not pregnant," said the representative. Witherspoon has been dating Toth for seven months and her partner is close to her two children, Ava and Deacon, from her marriage to Ryan Phillippe.

On the day the report of her pregnancy came out, Witherspoon and Toth were seen out and about in Los Angeles with her two children.
