Mariah Yeater who alleges Justin Bieber as the father of her child plans to pursue with her claim out of court, despite dropping her paternity lawsuit.
The 20-year-old California woman had dropped her case against the 17-year-old singer, but her new lawyer Jeffery M Leving said that she intends to pursue the matter privately.
"This matter is not over," ContactMusic quoted Leving as telling WGN-TV.
"Negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel. There’s a new legal team [in place.]"
"{Mariah] believes Justin Bieber is the father. We’re trying to secure a private DNA test, because this case is out of control."

While the lawyer says his client still wants to pursue the matter, he wants details of any DNA test to be kept private as Yeater has allegedly received death threats over her claims that the Baby hitmaker is her child’s father.
"I don’t want something terrible to happen to my client or her child," he said.
"My goal, when a DNA test is completed, is to keep everything confidential, which will be difficult if not impossible. I’m very concerned about this," he added.
